WAYNE BRUCE  – Producer, Creator, Visionary are the words that best describe Wayne Bruce, Chief Creative Architect of the Derand Group. Wayne has gone from being the founder of one of the DC areas legendary bands (Spur of the Moment), to being an entertainment consultant and producer trusted for his excellence and vision. He has conceived and produced multiple projects in the record, radio and television industries, and special entertainment events such as the 40^th Anniversary of WHUR Radio.  Wayne consults and music directs several events each year including the Capital Jazz Cruise and various festivals nationwide. He was the only person entrusted to provide musical direction for the home going service of the Go-Go music icon Chuck Brown. Wayne has testified before Congress on artisits’ right and he has served as Vice-President of the Washington Chapter of the Recording Academy (The Grammys).

RHODA LAWRENCE-  Of RNL Entertainment Strategies, is leading our management team handling  marketing sales. Rhoda an accomplished entertainment executive who is an innovative sales and  marketing strategist is formally of the Universal Music Christian Group, where she served as Vice  President since the launching of UMCG with Universal Music Group Distribution. Through her nearly 20 year career in the music business, she  has held senior level positions and has worked across various music genres at Universal Music Group  Distribution, BMG, Arista and Jive Records. Her work has paired her with some of the biggest and  brightest recording stars in contemporary American music such as Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Annie Lennox, Toni Braxton, Usher  and countless others. Lawrence has executed marketing strategies at the national retail consumer level she is  now poised to work with The Derand Group.
